Refund Eligibility Criteria
Course Cancellation Period
Full refunds are available within 14 days of course registration, provided you haven't accessed more than 25% of the course materials or attended live sessions.
Technical Issues
If persistent technical problems prevent course access for more than 72 hours despite our support efforts, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of completion percentage.
Course Content Changes
When significant course modifications occur after enrollment that materially alter the learning outcomes, enrolled students can request full refunds within 21 days of notification.
Medical Circumstances
Medical emergencies preventing course completion are handled individually. Documentation may be required, and partial refunds are typically available based on course progress.

Submit Refund Request
Email help@moslason.com with your course details, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation. Include your full name and registration email address.
Initial Review
Our team reviews your request within 3 business days, checking eligibility criteria and course access records. You'll receive confirmation that we've received your request.
Decision Notification
Within 7 business days, we'll email our decision with detailed reasoning. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
Important Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available for completed courses, downloadable resources that have been accessed, or one-time workshops after the session has concluded. Certificate fees are non-refundable once certificates have been issued. Group discounts and promotional pricing may affect refund calculations—the refunded amount will reflect any discounts applied to your original purchase.
Payment Method Considerations
Credit & Debit Cards
Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days. The refund shows as a credit from Entrancex Systems. Contact your card issuer if you don't see the refund after 14 days.
Bank Transfers
We'll need your current banking details to process the refund. International transfers may incur fees and take up to 15 business days. You'll receive tracking information for the transfer.
PayPal Payments
Refunds go directly to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days. You'll receive notification from both PayPal and Entrancex Systems confirming the transaction.
Corporate Invoices
For company-paid courses, refunds require authorization from the original bill-to contact. We'll coordinate directly with your accounts payable department for processing.
